Volunteers Needed – Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

Dear Owner

The Gables at Town Center is currently seeking two (2) volunteers to serve on the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).

The ARC is composed of three (3) – five (5) members that are appointed by the Board of Directors. This committee plays an important role in maintaining the appearance and standards of the community.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing Architectural Review (ARC) applications submitted by homeowners
• Evaluating requests based on the HOA governing documents and guidelines
• Issuing decisions to approve or deny applications in a fair and consistent manner

Application Requirements: Interested candidates must submit:

• A current resume including a brief summary of qualifications and relevant experience
